A separate block, Umerov noted, identified the restoration of the technological rate – as a tool for accelerating innovation in the security and defense sector.
Umerov also emphasized the importance of negotiating track. “Ukraine consistently stands for a fair peace – and we are working to be achieved in close coordination with allies. Peace is due to power, ”he emphasized.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Rustem Umerov Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and dismissed Oleksandr Litvinenko from this position.
