In the Chernivtsi region, law enforcement officers sued a case against a deputy of one of the communities, who are accused of illegally crossing men of mobilization age across the border.

According to the investigation, the deputy organized a scheme of illegal crossing across the border of men of conscript age, attracting two villagers to it, each of which played its role.
The community deputy controlled the whole process, received from $ 4,000 from a person, distributed money between participants in the criminal group.
One of his accomplices accompanied men to the border with forest paths, and the other had to watch the border guards.
“In order to avoid exposure, the organizers communicated only through encrypted messengers, personal meetings were held in uninhabited places and constantly changed the collection locations for further support of men outside the border crossing points, and also provided them with thermal insulation costumes.”
Law enforcement officers found that under this scheme, suspects organized an illegal transfer to Romania at least six of the conscript men.
The day before, the border guards and migration police detained a half kilometer from the state branch with Hungary with 16 passengers. Men of conscript age tried to cross the border illegally.
In the Chernivtsi region, a man, together with his partner, organized illegal transportation of a person across the border. They hid their customer in a truck with a product.
Earlier in Kiev, residents were suspected of sale of humanitarian cars intended for the military. They brought a car from Europe, used a charitable fund, the head of which died in early 2024.
