Lieutenant Colonel Bogdan Krotevich at the pseudo “Tavr” completes the service and leaves the post of chief of staff of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade “Azov”. He has been fighting in Azov since 2014.

“The command and staff of the 12th Azov brigade thanks the second Taurus for more than 10 years of dedicated service … He became part of Azov in 2014 and went from the infantryman to the platoon commander. Strict and demanding, he always sought the highest level of discipline and preparation, ”the post reads.
The reasons for this decision are not reported. Bogdan Krotevich himself did not publicly comment on his completion.
The brigade noted that Tavr participated in key ATO/OOS combat operations, in 2021 headed the Azov headquarters, and after the start of a full -scale invasion participated in the Mariupol defense management.
“Upon returning from captivity in September 2022, a friend of Tavr began to restore the combat capability of the unit and its scaling to the 12th Azov brigade. He took an effective part in the expansion of Azov and coordinated the actions of the brigade in the battles in the Zaporozhye direction, during the summer counter -offensive in 2023, ”the message stated.
We will remind, on September 21, 2022, as part of a large exchange of prisoners, Ukraine exchanged 213 Ukrainian defenders and defenders for Medvedchuk, including commanders of the Azov Regiment, which defended Mariupol and Azovstal from Russian invaders.
