In Kherson region, a 65-year-old man was killed due to the attack of the Russian drone, said the head of the regional military administration Alexander Proudin.

“At about 2:00 pm the Russians attacked a resident of Lviv village. As a result of the discharge of UAV explosives, a 65-year-old man was injured, incompatible with life, ”he wrote in the telegram.

Law enforcement officers launched a pre -trial investigation into a war crime that led to the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Also, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko said in a telegram that the Russian FPV-Dron hit one of the local utility companies-people were not injured.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions. In particular, the army of the Russian Federation regularly attacks the de -industrial part of the Kherson region with drones, throwing off ammunition from drones on people.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
