Commenting on Donald Trump’s decision to appoint Keith Kellogg as his special representative for Ukraine and Russia, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heorhiy Tykhy, said that the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States has developed and maintains a good dialogue with him.
