Ukrainian athletes Vladyslav Geraskevych and Yaroslav Lavreniuk performed in the third round of the Skeleton World Cup in Yanqing, China.
Geraskevych, the leader of the Ukrainian national team, ended up in eighth place after two attempts.
Lavreniuk, the second representative of the national team, finished in 22nd place, setting a personal record at the World Cup level.
The German won the gold medal for the third time in a row Christopher Groether. The skeletonist was ahead of the nearest competitor by 0.01 seconds.
