Details: It is reported that Ryopke studied various videos of the attack on the Pivdenmash plant in the city of Dnipro.

He believes that it was a modification of the RS-26 “Rubezh” missile.

Röpke’s direct speech: “Many surveillance cameras captured the so-called sub-munitions, that is, the RS-26 when returning to the lower layers of the atmosphere. These terrifying images show how six missiles fall from the sky through the clouds.

The peculiarity is that it was a replacement with the same mass and dimensions, which was supposed to simulate a nuclear charge. This proves that it was a propaganda and political action, not a military one. There was no nuclear charge or explosives inside. That’s why the damage is so insignificant.

We don’t see explosions, only kinetic energy from falling from a height of several hundred kilometers.”

Prehistory:

  • According to the Air Force, during the missile attack on the city of Dnipro on November 21, the Russian Federation used an intercontinental ballistic missile. “UP” sources reported that it could be a “Rubezh” missile, which is a potential carrier of a nuclear charge.
  • Two Western officials told Reuters that preliminary data did not confirm the use of ICBMs by Russia.
  • In an address on November 21, the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, actually confirmed the US data, saying that during the morning attack on the Dnipro, the Russians used the Oreshnik medium-range missile.
  • The United States officially confirmed that Russia struck the Dnipro on the morning of November 21 with a ballistic missile that was based on the RS-26 Rubezh intercontinental ballistic missile.
  • On November 22, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense announced that on November 21, the aggressor state Russia struck the territory of Ukraine, using a ballistic missile, probably from the Kedr missile complex.
