As of 06:00 on November 23, there are two dozen Russian ships in the waters of the Black Sea. Some of them are carriers of sea-based cruise missiles of the Kalibr type.
This is stated in the report of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In particular, the military detected 20 enemy ships in the Black Sea. Of them, 6 are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 23 missiles.
At the same time, there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov. However, 2 Russian vessels were recorded in the Mediterranean. One of them is a Kalibr carrier with a total volley of up to 16 missiles.
Also, the Navy of the Ukrainian Armed Forces added that during the day in the interests of the aggressor country, passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out:
- to the Black Sea – 0 ships;
- to the Sea of Azov – 6 ships, of which 0 moved from the Bosphorus Strait.

Meanwhile, an air defense headquarters was created in Kyiv. Similar ones are planned to be opened in Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
