The Kharkiv operational-tactical group denied the statement about the presence of North Korean military personnel on the territory of the Kharkiv region.

“We inform you that the statement about the presence of North Korean military personnel on the territory of the Kharkiv region is not true. The person who is the primary source of this information is not the official speaker of the Kharkiv Technical University and commented on the operational situation outside of his competence,” the message reads.
