“The way I look is a long-term lifestyle. I try to sleep well at a temperature of 16-17 degrees, wash with cold water, drink a glass of hot water 50-60 degrees in the morning according to the Chinese method, which is exclusively from a well in my native village Three boiled eggs for breakfast without yolk. I use only organic products from my dairy farm – beef eggs, bone marrow from a young calves, I drink whey or kefir at night”, I regularly undergo rheopheresis procedures – this is a method of blood purification that is used to improve microcirculation and metabolism in tissues, lowers the level of total cholesterol, etc. and plasmapheresis.
