According to the EP, AVIAS and ANP, ELION, YUKON gas stations have been put up for auction.

In 2023, the Central Commercial Court of Appeal satisfied the complaint of PrivatBank about the cancellation of the court ban on the return of 245 gas stations, which are owned by companies from the “Privat” group of Igor Kolomoisky on leasing terms.

In 2016, the bank placed 248 gas stations on its balance sheet by foreclosing on mortgage items, in compliance with the requirements of the NBU.

Having received them in the ownership of the gas station, the bank, under the leadership of the management before nationalization, immediately transferred them for financial leasing to companies from the orbit of the “Privat” group, concluding 22 leasing contracts with 15 lessees. And they, in turn, subleased the gas station to other companies of the same group.
