Details: He was the commander of the southern front of Hezbollah. They tried to kill him on September 23, but in vain.

Hezbollah announced the death of Qaraki, adding that he was “directly and locally responsible for the leadership of the southern front with all its axes and units on the support front from October 8, 2023 until his blessed martyrdom.”

The publication emphasizes that Qaraki was the last of a number of military commanders who were killed by Israel, “as a result of which the top military leadership of Hezbollah was almost completely destroyed.”

The IDF notes that more than 20 other terrorists of various ranks were also eliminated who were located in an underground headquarters in Beirut, located under civilian buildings, and directed Hezbollah’s terrorist operations against the State of Israel.

We will remind: The day before, the IDF officially announced the elimination of Nasrallah as a result of an Israeli airstrike on Beirut.
