The Israeli army announced the death of the leader of Hezbollah during an attack on Beirut

The Israeli military said on September 28 that it had killed Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the Lebanese pro-Iranian militant group Hezbollah, designated a terrorist organization by the United States, in a strike on Beirut the day before.
