As the law enforcement officers pointed out, this morning the enemy struck a double blow at the hospital and the residential sector in the regional center, using unmanned aerial vehicles.
At the scene of the attack, police officers – investigative and operational groups, explosives experts and all specialized services are working. Law enforcement officers direct people to safe places, get the injured out of the rubble, doctors provide first aid.
A search and rescue operation is underway.
