According to her explanation, actual vacancies in military units will appear in the application. The recruiting service in “Rezerv+” should help users choose positions that best match their experience, skills and preferences. Both combat and non-combat positions will be available.
At the beginning of the job search, users will need to fill out a small questionnaire. Based on this information and the selected skills, the system will offer the most suitable options. The application will contain a detailed description of the vacancies, including information about the brigades, their commands, achievements and publications in the media.
The interface will allow you to quickly make a decision: press “plus” to save the offer for further reading, or “minus” to reject it.
“We set an ambitious goal for the “Reserve+” application, in addition to the basic function of updating data, to become a tool where a conscript, conscript or reservist could solve his questions in a few clicks. And the opening of the opportunity to choose a place of service is one of important steps we are taking for this,” Chernogorenko said.
“Reserve+” applicationAs UNIAN reported, the Reserve+ application was launched on May 16, the day the new law on mobilization came into force. According to the Ministry of Defense, since then, thanks to him, more than 3 million Ukrainians have been able to update their data and generate a military electronic document.
The “Reserve+” application is constantly supplemented with services for conscripts. In particular, in the summer it became known that a functionality is being developed, thanks to which it will be possible to issue a postponement of mobilization online.
