The Ministry of Social Policy launched the Social Portal: what it is and how it works

The Ministry of Social Policy presented the new Social Portal – an online resource that allows citizens to get information about available types of social support, view their payments and services. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Kostyantyn Koshelenko during the GLOBAL DIGITAL SOCIAL FORUM, reports the correspondent UNN.

“Today we are presenting the Social Portal — a resource where a person can learn about social support, see their benefits, their social services,” Koshelenko said.

According to him, this is only the beginning, in the future the resource will be updated and new functions will be added.

“It should be noted that this is only a part of the work, but a person can already appreciate the convenience and speed of the resource,” added the Deputy Minister of Social Policy.

He also said that since this year, the Ministry of Social Affairs has been actively working on changing the site, and a new site will be presented as early as January 2025.
