On the front during the past day, September 26, there were 187 combat clashes, the hottest situation – in the Pokrovsky direction.
“During the past 24 hours, 187 combat clashes were recorded. The hottest situation was in the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy was also active in the Kurakhiv direction,” the report says.
According to the updated information, yesterday the Russian troops hit the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas with five strikes with eight missiles and 71 airstrikes, dropping 96 anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, more than 4,800 attacks were carried out, 224 of them from rocket salvo systems.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes in the areas of Atynske, Bilany, Khrapivshchyna, Kozache, Velyka Pisarivka, Kindrativka, Mogrytsia, Iskryskivshchyna, Yastrubyne, Studenok, Khodine, Yastrubshchyna, Mala Korchakivka, Sukhodil, Svesa of the Sumy region; Kupyansk-Vuzlovy, Petropavlivka, Hlushkivka, Kivsharivka, Kruglyakivka of the Kharkiv region; Nadiya, Serebryanka, Raihorodok, Novomarkove, Druzhba, Kleban-Byk, Petrivka, Bogoyavlenka, Novodonetske, Novoukrainka, Urozhajne of the Donetsk region; Biloghirya, Gulyaipole of the Zaporizhzhia region and Kozatsky of the Kherson region.

In the Kharkiv direction three skirmishes took place near Staritsa, Tykhi and Vovchansk.
On the Kupyansk direction 20 battles took place. The defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Synkivka, Hlushkivka, Lozova, Stelmakhivka, and Kolisnikivka.
On the Lymansky direction 15 combat clashes took place. The enemy attacked near Grekivka, Nevsky, Novosadovo and Torsky.
On the Seversky direction four battles were fought. Our soldiers stopped all the enemy’s attempts to break through the defenses in the areas of Bilogorivka, Verkhnyokamyanskyi and Spirny.
On the Kramatorsk direction 10 clashes took place. Ukrainian defenders repelled assaults by Russian invaders near Minkivka, Hryhorivka, and Bila Hora.
On the Toretsky direction 18 battles were fought, in particular, near Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, and Leonidovka.
In the Pokrovsky direction our defenders repelled 42 enemy assaults in the areas of Zelene Pole, Mykolayivka, Lysivka, Krutiy Yar, Novogrodivka, Selidove, Marynivka and Krasny Yar settlements. The greatest concentration of attacks was near Selidovoy and Marynivka.
In the direction of Kurakhiv The defense forces stopped 36 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Tsukuryny, Zhelany Drugy, Georgiivka, Mykolaivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostyantynivka, and Katerynivka.

On the Orihiv direction three skirmishes took place. Ukrainian defenders repelled enemy assaults near Robotyny.
In the Dnieper direction Russian troops were also defeated, twice attacking the defensive lines of our units.
In the Gulyaipil direction the situation has not changed much. No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Poliske directions.
On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy actively uses guided aerial bombs and attack UAVs, carries out mortar and artillery attacks on Ukrainian settlements. Russian anti-aircraft missiles are also exploding on the territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, where the operation of our troops is ongoing. According to available information, the enemy carried out 16 airstrikes during the day, using 19 air defense systems.
At the same time, our soldiers continue to actively inflict significant losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces, exhausting the enemy along the entire line of battle.

Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 21 tanks, 48 armored combat vehicles, 58 artillery systems, two air defense systems, 85 UAVs of operational-tactical level, 58 vehicles and two units of special equipment of the occupiers.
