Today, the US Department of Defense announced the allocation of an additional $2.4 billion through the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, which will provide the Ukrainian army with the necessary resources to counter the aggression of the occupier.
The announced package includes:
– Ammunition for Ukrainian air defense systems;
– Air-to-ground ammunition;
– Unmanned aviation systems and components for Ukrainian drone production;
– Equipment for combating UAVs;
– Unmanned surface vessels;
– Equipment for secure communication;
– Means to support Ukrainian ammunition production;
– Equipment for maintenance of machinery.
According to information, this is already the 21st package of assistance from the Biden administration within the framework of the Initiative to promote the security of Ukraine.
