Explosions rang out in Kharkiv again, Russian troops targeted a residential building, reported Oleg Sinegubov, head of the regional military administration.

“The occupiers hit a private residential building in the Kharkiv district of Kyiv with an anti-aircraft gun,” he wrote in a telegram.

Later, Synegubov clarified that Russian troops hit Kharkiv with three guided air bombs – one of the air defense bombs hit the ground, two private houses and an outbuilding were damaged. The roof of the house is on fire.

Currently, there are no victims.

The forces of the Russian Federation regularly attack Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region with various types of weapons. On September 24, Russian troops struck the Kyiv, Nemyshlyan, Saltiv, and Shevchenkiv districts of Kharkiv. One of the apartment buildings was directly hit. As a result of these strikes, five people died.

The Russian military shelled Kharkiv today. There was a direct impact on residential high-rise buildings.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
