Venislavsky adds that in practice “the number of such mobilized people is minimal.” After all, the vast majority of military units are stormtroopers, and after 50 years “few citizens are suitable for stormtroopers.”

“In the first reading, the Verkhovna Rada supported the draft law prohibiting the mobilization of men of limited fitness under the age of 25. There is no sense in it now.
