The former coach of the youth national team of France, Thierry Henry, believes that the increase in the number of matches affects the quality of the game.
“Did you like the last Euro? The best players were tired. I don’t care what others say: they were tired!
I want to see the best version of the players on the field. I don’t want to see Manchester City leaving Rodry and Foden on the bench at the start of the season to give them a rest,” Henry said.
